Director, Marketing
The position of Director, Marketing presents the challenge of transforming a relatively obscure yet promising product into a national brand.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct the Genesis Marketing Department including all marketing initiatives, activities, and staff.
  • Establish strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Develop and manage marketing budget .
  • Optimize marketing results and ensure adherence to plan and budget.
  • Evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing conditions.
  • Oversee the preparation of marketing reports and present them to executive management.
  • Oversee the monitoring of competitor products and marketing activities and adjust strategies to meet competitive challenges.
  • Analyze customer database and marketing metrics to identify opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Conduct research studies to identify new services and products and acquire customer feedback.
  • Coordinate marketing activity with technology, operations, and customer service departments.
  • Oversee advertising and promotional activities through print, online, electronic media, direct mail, television and radio.
  • Direct the design of advertising material, promotional material, and product websites.
  • Develop and maintain the Genesis and SogoTrade brand identity.
  • Establish and maintain corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
  • Represent the firm to the public, the press, and the business community.
  • Determine agencies and suppliers of record, and negotiate contract terms and conditions for major marketing services.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts comply with FINRA regulations.
  • Build, train, develop, and evaluate marketing team.
Qualification:
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing. Master Degree preferred.
  • 5 plus years of marketing experience in the brokerage industry preferred.
  • Must have supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and written.
  • Excellent time management, planning and organization skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and act with a sense of urgency.
  • Superior problem solving skills - must be resourceful and creative with solutions.
  • Solid PC skills including knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Account Representative- Mandarin/Cantonese

The Account Representative will assist customers with our new Chinese website.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Attend to all aspects of customer service, account maintenance, the handling of customer complaints and problems, and the opening of new accounts in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer telephone and email inquiries regarding trading and technical issues.
  • Educate customer in using our trading platform.
  • Processing and filing account paperwork efficiently.
  • Send out account paperwork to clients.
  • Navigate back-office system to service customer accounts and inquiries.
Qualification:
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese please specify) and English.
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Good organization, research, and problem solving skills.
  • Good computer and internet skills.
  • Good team working skills.
  • Hard working, resilient, resourceful, and self motivated.
