This change affects our name only. We believe adopting the name SogoTrade will afford greater clarity by powerfully expressing our enduring qualities of innovation, service, and value while also expressing our business focus - providing advanced trading technology at low commissions to meet the needs of traders and investors alike. As with SogoInvest, SogoTrade is a proud division of Genesis Securities LLC, and all SogoTrade accounts will continue to be protected by SIPC.
Concurrent with the introduction of our new name, SogoTrade will debut a new website, www.sogotrade.com, which will feature a more sophisticated user interface and more comprehensive trading functionality. These enhancements include a new trading center that will allow you to enter orders with just one-click and view charts, stock information, and order status all on one page. SogoTrade will have a streamlined account login process so you can get to the web pages you want faster. Many advanced professional trading tools are currently in development, and we will very soon make them available to you for FREE. Furthermore, SogoTrade will be launching several exciting promotional campaigns that will build the SogoTrade brand and make referring your friends and switching to SogoTrade easier than ever.
While these changes may be many, our commitment to customer service will remain the same. During the transition from SogoInvest to SogoTrade, there will be no interruptions to either your account access or trading activity. You will not need to take any additional steps. We will provide ample help guides and tutorial videos to walk you through our new platform and feature upgrades.
