*** An account that has less than $100 in equity (account equity is calculated for abandoned account fee determination purposes on the last day of each month.) and has not had log in activity for a period of two years will be subject to a $10 monthly abandoned account fee. The fee is charged on the first day of the full month following the two year anniversary of an account's last log in date. For instance, if an account with $10 in equity has not had log in activity since October 13, 2008, a fee would be charged on November 1, 2010. Fees would continue to be charged on a monthly basis until the equity in the account meets or exceeds $100*, until the account balance reaches $0 or until the account holder(s) logs in to the account. If the balance in an account is less than $10, the entire balance will be used to cover the fee. If the abandoned account fee creates an unsecured debit balance in an account, securities in that account may be liquidated to satisfy the fee. Standard online stock and option trade commission rates will apply.
