Jr. Database Developer/Administrator
Position Summary:
Perform diagnostic, testing, and troubleshooting of software and database issues. Plan and perform database configuration, maintenance, upgrade, and patching.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain the performance of database servers.
  • Develop processes for optimizing database.
  • Set and maintain database standards.

  • Experience with index tuning and query optimization.

Account Operation Principal
Job Location: St. Louis, MO Office

The Account Operation Principal has the overall responsibility for providing day to day supervision and guidance to the assigned team members. Resolves any issues with clients by working closely with Management Team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supervise operation team, plan, and allocate workload among team members.
  • Evaluate and resolve sophisticated issues relating to account opening, maintenance, coordinate with clearing firm and other departments as needed.
  • Review and analyze various daily reports.
  • Review and approve New Account Applications, customer deposit/withdrawal, ACAT, transfer requests.
  • Work closely with management for various internal/regulatory audit
Education & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • Active and valid FINRA Series 7, Series 24, Series 63, and Series 99 are required to perform the job functions.

Familiar with stock trading in the U.S., this Investment Broker is responsible for answering customer inquiries, helping to educate client on a variety of topics including margin rules and regulations, options strategies, order entry, use of the trading platforms in various mediums including phone, chat, e-mail, and social media.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers and prospects via phone, e-mail, and online chat.
  • Execute trades for customers via the phone in an accurate and professional manner.
  • Research and resolve trade execution disputes.
  • Provide assistance to customers regarding stock quotes, account inquiries, and technical guidance.
  • Work in detail with margin accounts, buying power calculations and account balances.

System Administrator
Job Location: St. Louis, MO Office

Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  • Responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and performance monitoring of the Windows servers and PCs.
  • Assist with Office 365 management, management of security and distribution groups, file and storage management, Teams administration.
  • Regular patching and firmware updates on all servers and network equipment according to vendor recommendations.
  • Creates and maintains documentation of procedures, process flows, data and system mapping, etc.
  • Provide regular on-call support of the network, including desktop, laptop and IP phone.
Requirements: :
 
  • Hands on experience managing Windows server, active directory, group policy.
  • Experience with Windows server, file and email backup and restore.

Account Operation Internship

Job Location: St. Louis, MO Office

The Account Operation Intern is responsible for assisting customers with new account opening and existing account maintenance. Interns must have availability to work 15-30 hours per week for a minimum of 2 consecutive semesters.

  • Follow up on leads from potential customers, and missing application information.
  • Establish and activate new accounts.
  • Scan and file paperwork.
  • Follow up on undeliverable emails and returned mails.
  • Assist with processing fund deposits, withdrawals, and ACATS transfers.
  • Maintain and update customers’ account information.
  • Follow up on pending account transfers.
